Please submit this form within the MSYSA submission date requirements to request approval to host a WMYSA sanctioned tournament.

Upon receipt of your request the WMYSA board will review for approval. Approval will be sent to the requester from communications@wmysa.org.

MSYSA SANCTIONING DEADLINE: Tournament Sanctioning materials with payment are due by February 1st each year. Sanctioning requests/materials received after the deadline will be subject to nonrefundable late fees.
